Our production:

Machining has been part of our company since 1921.

We started in 1921 with a file and a hair angle,

continued with manual milling machines,

Today, CAM systems calculate thousands of toolpaths in seconds.

State-of-the-art machining centers implement this in the components.

However, one question has remained the same since our founding in 1921:

How can I machine more efficiently tomorrow?

sustainable and resource-efficient

than today?

Saws:

On our automatic band saws, we process both customer profiles and commercially sourced material into handy sections.

Maximum saw sizes (500 x 300mm; Round 310mm)

Should the sections become too difficult to handle, we have an overhead crane at our disposal.

Milling:

  • We mill in 5 axes, simultaneously or at an angle:
  • Components up to 700 x 700 x 600 mm

  • can be machined on 4 axes:
  • Components up to 3600 x 750 x 650 mm
  • ideal for supports, long beams or welded parts

Even plates or other long parts up to 4200 x 750 x 650 mm can be machined with fits, chamfers or pockets using our CNC-controlled machining centers.

Vibratory finishing:

  • Efficiency is a topic where we don't just think about the actual milling process. There's always a before and an after.

  • In vibratory finishing, the components and so-called vibratory finishing media are placed in a vibrating trough. These vibrations mix the components with the media. The finishing media deburr and/or polish the parts in the trough.

  • Since the first plant was commissioned in 1991, the process water used in this grinding process has been separated into its components using a centrifuge and then returned to the cycle. This has reduced the water consumption of this plant by up to 95%.

Surface grinding:

"To give something the finishing touch"

To achieve perfect surfaces, it is necessary to grind certain components.

These can be clamped directly onto the magnet (1500x750x600mm). A wide range of other clamping solutions is also available for non-magnetizable components.

Below is a small selection of polished components:

  • Cylinder head
  • engine housing
  • Spacer plates
  • Guide rails
  • Workpiece carrier pallets (also for in-house production)
  • Vise with special jaws
  • hardened blades for guillotine shears
  • Precision customer parts
